Message: One of the only 3 places in town that serve hard liquor. The staff was super friendly and informative. I'm from Iowa, so I had alot questions. Customer friendly also. Clean, nice atmosphere.

Message: A&P B&G is about the most average bar in the Sandpoint downtown circuit. It doesn’t do anything particularly terrible or well. Just a hideaway/clubhouse type spot with a loyal following. Emphasis on familiarity. If you are not in their “club” the service is a bit different. Also this review is “off season” so consider that as well. Good “bar food” as opposed to across the street at 219 where they offer bags of chips. I recommend this place if you are not a “needy” patron. Cheers

Message: I spent a rainy afternoon here between my son's games. The service was excellent. Although I didn't eat, all of the food that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled great. I met and talked to several people and everyone was talkative and friendly.

Message: Outdoor has nice view, but it's the smoking section. Lots of smoke and cigarette butts, hard to enjoy the view with these. Otherwise, cool place, good priced and beer selection.
